Meet Our Team
Tiff's approach to conflict resolution was shaped by her military service, where she witnessed firsthand how unresolved tensions can escalate and harm communities. She earned her BA in Environmental Justice from Pitzer College before diving into peacebuilding work in 2018 while collaborating with the Tla'amin Nation in British Columbia, and her skills deepened further through living and working in an intentional community in Southern Oregon.
For the past three years, Tiff has served as Director of Restorative Justice Programs at Resolve Center for Dispute Resolution. Through restorative justice facilitation, conflict coaching, training, and strategic implementation, she has supported families, schools, government agencies, businesses, non-profits, and reentry programs in transforming how they navigate conflict. Her expertise spans program design and keynote speaking, bringing practical solutions to complex challenges across diverse communities.
Tiff is currently pursuing an MA in Gender, Spirituality and Social Justice, which informs her holistic approach to conflict transformation. As a mother of two, she has learned that some of life's most profound lessons come from our closest relationships. Her children have been her greatest teachers in understanding how to navigate difference with patience, curiosity, and love—lessons she weaves throughout her professional practice.
